E-Mail to Jira Handler won't accept attachments

We are using the Standard Mail Handler to receive E-Mails to create Jira-issues.

This works really fine. We got E-Mails and Jira creates the corresponding Issue.

We also need to process the Attachements. Those shall be attached to the Issue. 

How to configure Jira that this will work?

I did not find anything in the forum and on the documentation.

Hi @thomas 
I hope you are well.

By default, Jira should process the attachments and add them to the created issue.
This is described in Creating issues and comments from email .

Thank you very much. 

This is exactly as we need it to process,

I will investigate now further based on our log-files (as the error seems to be on our side).

You can close the ticket for now and If we would need further Support, I would open another Ticket.
