Labels not showing

Hi, 

 

I'm having some trouble with custom labels. 

The labels already exist and you can see then on previous tickets but when I'm trying to select them, they aren't being found and they are coming up as New when they already exist. 

Any ideas please?

Hi Rebecca,

What type of projects are you working with? Are you trying to use the labels on the same project or different projects?

Hi John, 

 

We're use it for software projects. We have a Kanban board and when a ticket is created we usually pop labels on the ticket under the details tab (the first label option), for example BOLT would be one and RABO another. I know we already have these labels but for some reason they're missing so we have to create then as a new label.

Thanks for adding more information. Can you share a screenshot of one of the issues? It would need to be a full screen. 

And are you using the standard Labels system field? Or did you create a new custom type Labels field?
