Rich text editor in description field for all issue types

Hi guys, 

I have rich text editor enabled for some issue types. Is there any place where I can enable or disable it for specific issue types? I don't have it enabled for Bugs and I need it.

Yes, it's in the "field configuration" for each issue type.  You can change the "renderer" for the text fields.
