SLA Reporting (Time to SLA-Plugin)

Vinzenz Mennicke January 3, 2016

In the documentation it states "Available with TTS 5.6.0 for JIRA 6.3 - 6.4.12 or with TTS 6.1.0 fir JIRA 7.x Within project reports section, there is brand new SLA Report
It can be configured to display results against favorite filters, and SLA status". However, I can't seem to finde the mentioned "projects report section". Can someone please tell me, where that is?

Hi Vinzenz,

Go to a project page, then select Reports, under All Reports you should see the report.

Hi @Vince ,

you can user below link to see if you can see the report out there :

https://<mycompanyjira>/browse/<projectkey>/?selectedTab=com.atlassian.jira.jira-projects-plugin:reports-panel

replace : mycompanyjira with the base url of your JIRA and <Projetkey> with project key of your project.

you should be able to see the SLA report.
