Gliffy paid update to 5.4

raulgd July 1, 2013

I have a Gliffy starter license that will expire until 2016, but now it's specifying that because the payments are done through the Atlassian store, my license updates are not working anymore.

The thing is that, my license is set for 2016, but your system is ignoring that. I need to have this working.

Thanks

You might want to raise this with Atlassian support directly. Someone here may have run into this too, but we're a community of end-users, not Atlassian themselves, so we can't look at your licences.

Ok thanks, is just that I clicked on support in BitBucket and it sent me here, I'll try to go straight with them.

All,

As of v5.4, Gliffy is now a Marketplace Paid add-on.

We designed this version to read your existing NON-MARKETPLACE licenses, in an attempt to simplify the change over. However, the Atlassian licensing API does not allow us to indicate that the add-on is currently licensed using third-party licensing, and thus, you'll see that the UPM indicates that it is UNLICENSED.

All that being said, we've migrated most licenses at this point, so please check your href="http://my.atlassian.com%20">http://my.atlassian.com account to see if your new MARKETPLACE Gliffy license is there.

Again, you can read more details at the following forum post: http://support.gliffy.com/entries/21942025-Gliffy-and-Atlassian-Marketplace

Thanks,

Eric

Hmm... I tried doing that, and now it says that my Gliffy license is invalid. They should all be within their expiration/size limits....
